Your consultation will include the following:
Assessment: Dr. Shreejit will work to uncover your basic Ayurvedic constitution, discuss your current condition and imbalances and explore your health history and past treatments
Findings: Dr. Shreejit will analyze the assessment results and develop a health improvement program that incorporates a variety of Ayurvedic elements
Recommendations: Dr. Shreejit will provide a program tailored to your unique needs, moving you toward a state of equilibrium using natural herbs, lifestyle management, diet, dosha balancing and yoga therapy among other practical health improvement practices.
Duration: 60 minutes
Appointments are by appointment only. When booking, please mention if you have a preexisting medical condition as diagnosed by a medical doctor as Dr. Shreejit can bring Ayuverdic treatments from India to support recovery. Depending on your condition, Dr. Shreejit may recommend herbs, which can be purchased at an additional cost.
About Dr. Shreejit Ghadigaonkar
Dr. Shreejit Ghadigaonkar graduated from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences in India with a Bachelor’s Degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS). He also holds a Masters in Yoga and Science of Living.
Ayurvedic medicine is based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit. It was these steadfast Ayurveda principles, still applicable to this day, that ignited Dr. Shreejit’s passion for the practice and taught him to holistically treat each patient as an individual with a unique story.
Through his journey of Ayurveda he developed a passion for its sister science, yoga. Following his medical training, Dr. Shreejit earned his 500-hour RYT along with his Masters in Yoga and Science of Living.
